Well, my experience has always been very pleasant. The team of estheticians has always been very kind and attentive. This has been my go-to place for facials for over two years. Every month, I go to my appointment with Amanda, who has always known and cared for my skin. The best thing is that she speaks Spanish, which is a huge advantage. The other estheticians are equally professional, very sweet, and caring. They have also treated me on a few occasions. Additionally, the location is within walking distance of my home. Their attention, punctuality, and flexibility allow for a pleasant and refreshing experience. I recommend V/O Med for their ongoing commitment to their clients.

I recently moved back from Boston and was interested in trying this location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk staff was dismissive upon my arrival, and there was a clear miscommunication regarding my appointment time. I was brought back nearly 15 minutes late by a nurse practitioner(who wasn’t my injector), who was unable to provide basic information—such as how long the injector had been practicing. This lack of transparency and consultative care is exactly why I’m hesitant about med spas. The experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on my visit. Update: Spoke with the manager and she declined to refund me my $50 deposit for the consultation I never had. Very shady business practices and terrible management. I ended up going to Peachy on East 5th. They were kind, courteous, on time and better priced than this place. Don’t wast your money here!

I saw Aileen at Vio last week and she was awesome! She has the kindest and most gentle affect. While don’t always do well with needles, she made the experience a breeze. She walked me through everything and I was totally at ease. The space was super clean, everything ran on time, and the whole experience felt smooth. I’m so happy with my results. Would recommend Vio and Aileen to anyone!
