My experience with Pure was very disappointing after they pulled out of the deal and taking my deposits. I had to fight legally to get half of my money back, but the initial deposit was nowhere to be seen. Pure Homes have cost me financially and emotionally. To all future buyers, beware of their contracts . They are shrewd and not always transparent and certainly did not act in the clients interest in my particular situation. I feel others should be aware as many businesses operate unethically and in this instance it was true for Pure.

Bought our property in October 2022. We were asked to leave a review, by Emma, before we had even moved in, so glad we didn't. Have had and are are still having massive issues trying to get faulty work corrected. One fault was pointed out before we had moved in, told it was "on order", was ordered again in April 2023!! We can see day light through our front door, reported with all snags in Dec 2022....still waiting. We are now in the process of getting a professional snagging report done and going through our solicitor, as I am sick of being ignored and having to plonk myself in their nice "perfect" head office. Lots of people on the Cae Topyn estate simply gave up trying to get work done. DO NOT fall for the "upsale" of carpets and tiles - Really poor fitting and still waiting on badly fitted floor tiles to be corrected. THEY REALLY JUST DO NOT CARE and if this review prevents just one sale, I’ll be very happy.

Beware buying a property from these cow boys they build dangerous and inhabitable houses that are not fit for purpose. This is our quality house that has been leaking like this for 6 months
