Went for my first class, a Friday class for a discounted rate. It was brutal torture for this stiff and fat man, but that's why I came in anyways, too stiff and fat. I also carry alot of small injuries from over the years and let me tell you the class pushed me. After my girlfriend told me I would feel relaxed and loose. I was relaxed and calm but definitely not loose, my body was screaming at me. The next morning though (now) I woke up and I feel incredible. Loose, relaxed and almost all of my injuries are pain free. I will be back again and if your reading this because your interested in trying something new to better yourself, this is definitely what you should try but get ready for a challenge lol

I love the look and feel of the space. It smells great too. Very clean. The classes are very accessible (can be followed at most any fitness level with room for more advanced practice) and the teachers/staff have all been so lovely! The music is nice and at an appropriate level...but the best thing is the cool aromatic facecloth at the end! Wow! What an awesome attention to detail that is. I'm flying back to Ottawa tomorrow...but when I return for another visit I will be back for more at Pure. Thank you!

I always genuinely enjoy my yoga practice at Pure. The instructors are amazing at what they do, and the studio is always clean & aesthetic. Loooove how relaxing of a vibe the candle wall creates. Always feel welcome and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I also love the workshops they host throughout the year. Favorite yoga studio hands down!

Pure is my happy place! The studio has such a calming and inviting vibe. The teachers are all so amazing and instruct in a way that every person no matter the skill level feels good. A community of wonderful people!
