I found them a year ago when my online business started to grow and I couldn't do my own taxes anymore. Before it was just my regular W2, but with my online business I was overwhelmed and afraid of making a mistake. I reached out to them with lots of questions, made an appointment and the rest is history. Manvir is a great guy and knowledgeable. He always answer all my questions and give advice on things that are beneficial for my business (aka online business) and personal taxes (aka daytime job). He explains everything in a way that you can understand and the reasoning behind it. He also helps me estimate my quarterly taxes for the year and this way I know how much I need to pay without under or over paying. This is my second year with them and I'm very happy with their service. They are professional and great to work with. Highly recommended.

3 years in a row mistakes on my taxes. 2 of the years it caused a significant delay (didn't get my refund for about 10 months). 3rd year it cost me over $700 due to his mistake. I asked him if he would split the cost with me. He did not do so. Still haven't received my 2020 refund and yet to find out if it's due to ANOTHER error. I called to see if someone there would call the IRS and check on the status. Kevin answered and was very nice and checked on it and had an answer. Said it only shows that return has been received. I called 2 weeks later and got Flaminius. He was rude and said there is no way to check with the IRS. Funny...... Kevin was able to do it 2 weeks prior. Then, my 81 year old mom got her appointment date mixed up and missed it. She thought it was the following week from when it actually was. NO ONE from their office called to see why she was not at her appointment or to see if she wanted to reschedule. A week later and she called them. She used someone else because of that and will never go back.... Guess she wasn't a valuable enough client. By the way, i did my own 2021 taxes and already received my refund. Still waiting for 2020.
