Was happy with the ladies that did my hair, the only problem was eight of my extensions have fallen out since my appointment at the end of November. It is now December 10th. I've never had that happen before and I've had extensions for over 2 years. One of my extensions came out while I was still sitting in the chair after she installed it. I was also not very happy when the gentleman at the front told me it was $400 to take out and put back in my extensions. This normally costs me $150. I was shocked. I brought my own hair and it didn't need to purchase extensions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Colin at FORD Salon in Kelowna, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. As a fellow hairstylist, I’m usually hyper-aware of the details, and Colin exceeded every expectation. His precision, artistry, and calm confidence reflect a true master of the craft. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely cared for. The shampoo and scalp massage were next level... easily one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had in a salon chair. Colin’s decades of experience show in every thoughtful touch, from his impeccable sectioning to the way he personalized the shape to perfectly frame my face. It’s rare to come across someone who blends technical excellence with such genuine warmth and professionalism. I walked out not only looking amazing but feeling inspired as a stylist myself. Thank you Colin, you’ve reminded me what true craftsmanship in hairdressing looks and feels like! ✨️ - I should also add! The girls at the front were so warm and welcoming ♡ , their energy definitely set the tone for such a relaxing and unique experience! Thank you to ALL.

Absolutely fantastic experience from the second I walked in the door. It was my first time at this salon, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly, and gave me tea and chocolate to start out while I waited a few minutes. I believe it was David who started things off with washing my hair, and oh my goodness, we had a great little chat and I felt so relaxed!! They have chairs that put your feet up while you get your hair washed, and the water temperature was perfect too! It had been a year since I had gotten a haircut and Menoukia had been at another salon the last time I saw her, so it was so nice to reconnect with her! My hair was also incredibly long since I had waited so long but she didn't seem to mind the length and thankfully shortened it while still keeping some length!! She made my hair vision come to fruition, and I absolutely love it! She has so much expertise around scalp health and curly hair that I always feel like I walk out of an appointment with her with so much new knowledge! I have also gotten so many compliments on my hair since! She is a hair magician and I'm so thankful to her for beautifying the mop I had before! With the salon being downtown, I was nervous about the parking situation and the location but honestly, parking was easy to find right out front, which is amazing because it wasn't that easy at the last place I went to. Definitely recommend checking out this salon if you're thinking about it! :)
