My friend and I recently visited The Keg on Esplanade for their happy hour, and we were absolutely blown away. Every dish we tried was phenomenal, but the wings were the real standout—cooked to absolute perfection and honestly better than any I’ve had at a pub before. The sliders and scallops were also incredible—full of flavor and beautifully presented. The quality of the food during happy hour far exceeded our expectations. On top of the amazing food, the patio is massive, which means there's almost always a spot available. It's a great place to relax, and the addition of a TV to catch the game is a nice bonus. Special shoutout to Jessie, our server, who was absolutely phenomenal. Her sincere and authentic service made us feel truly welcomed and added the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic experience. Thank you, Jessie! Highly recommend this location—we’ll definitely be back!

It’s never a disappointing experience coming to the Keg for one of their classic martinis. If you’re in BC or Ontario the Keg always delivers a consistently good drink and good food. Although I didn’t have a bite this time my usual go to is the scallops wrapped in bacon extra crispy. The staff are always great and remember your name and how you like your drinks. A shoutout to Nick, Noah and Jason behind the bar. Great overall experience

What a wonderful evening at The Keg from the ambience, to the food, to our exceptional server. Thank you so much for a most memorable night. Many thanks to Andrew. We enjoyed the celebratory Billy Miner pie, too. Our family is Keg loyal for the past 23 years, and we always order the Teryaki Classic dinner with salads, potatoes, and vegetables. Delicious!! We'll be back!!!

The keg offered exceptional value and great tasting steak. I came here to celebrate a birthday and they did not provide any complimentary birthday celebration item, but I know that's not something every restaurant does. The waiter gave us the wrong side but once we informed her, she brought the correct side and didn't charge any extra, as expected. The location and atmosphere is also amazing and cozy, especially since we were sat next to the fireplace. Overall, I can see why The Keg is a must-try restaurant for a good steak. After visiting a second with my family, I am still extremely impressed with the value for the food. I would also highly recommend the fried calamari appetizer, and the New York striploin steak over the sirloin. We were also surprised with a free slice of the Billy Miner Pie for my dad's birthday, which was very kind of the restaurant to offer.
