Some parts were painful, but I expected that, given muscle work sometimes has to be. She got in behind my scapula and evened out some issues there too. After my back, she moved to be neck, which was very relaxing. At the end, I had the feeling of muscle soreness afterward, but relaxed at the same time. Would highly recommend. She was professional, strong, she targeted what I'd asked, and was a friendly person. Highly recommend, will try to go back with some frequency.
