My order from Purrfect Pet Products was #4083. These people took my money $149.00 back on the 3rd February 2024 and did not supply the product. They took my money, never supplied the product purchased, have never refunded, and I can not contact them. Their phone number is disconnected, and they don't respond to their emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE! They have NEVER delivered or refunded our money to this very day. They took advantage of me.

Excellent quality Australian made products. In 6 years, I've only needed two cat scratching posts. I only use half the quantity of litter due to it's quality and the litter tray always smells clean. Professional customer service and punctual delivery has kept me returning as a loyal customer.
