Chelsea SThis is the No Frills that I visit often. The employees are lovely, the place is pretty clean - I typically visit this place 1-2 times a week. I would say 5/10 they will be out of meat. Especially if you go when they open, they never seem to be stocked and ready to go (In produce and meat) It’s incredibly annoying. Many times I’ve had to go to another grocery store afterwards to finish my shopping, this shouldn’t be.

My mother paid cash and I asked the cashier while her till is open if she can kindly break my $20 bill. She just said "I won't do it" I asked her why and she replied if I need change for a cart she will but otherwise she wont. I told her I need a cart (which I actually did since my mother purchased a case of water with her groceries and I didnt want to carry everything to the car) and she replied " You are lying to me now" Not sure where this person gets off calling me a liar. I along with my parents do our weekly grocery shopping here but not anymore. Such poor customer serivce and attitude from staff members.
Rachel StephanieYesterday evening at Qais's NO FRILLS Whitby I was followed around the store by an employee right up to the cash register; a white female with a high ponytail that was wrapped under, brownish blond hair with highlights. She also wore glasses, and black bootleg cut pants. I always buy expensive items because of serious allergies I have, I am lucky to have a full time job and I don't need to take things without paying. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE, EVER AGAIN!!! And I will tell everyone I know about my experience. While I'm being followed to the cashier to pay for my stuff, other people are walking out with stolen goods.
