I have ordered a lot of my baby items from QatarMoms, and I have also put items from their website to my baby shower registry app. I was surprise at how easy their website worked with the app I used for my registry. My friends had never had any issues ordering and everything came within the day as promised. Even the ones that were ordered late at night, still came on the same night! The delivery drivers take the time to message before delivering to make sure of the address, and they drop it outside your door. Also, I once made a mistake with one order and when I contacted their customer service, it was fixed within few hrs and received my money back! I had only good experience with QatarMoms, it took all the stress away of a pregnant lady with last minute baby shopping. So to say I’m satisfied is an understatement. I am very happy with the service and all the products I got from QatarMoms. Highly recommend!

Had a very unfortunate incident where my pump stopped working and started stressing not knowing what to do about my milk supply . Qatar moms were amazingggg enough to send out a driver within less than 2 hrs to pick up my pump for inspection and replace it with brand new ones that were delivered back to me that same night! And all for free! How amazing is that?! Super satisfied and happy by their amazing customer service.
