My grandson and his friend really loved the races. It is only our second visit but we shall definitely return. We were not impressed by the pizzas. They looked as if they were the cheapest, thinnest ones you get in a budget supermarket, yet charged at pub/restaurant prices. The manager and all the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. In particular, the manager entertained children with his keen sense of humour. The only drawback was the heat (Crawley branch, 29 June 2025). I felt sorry for the reception staff in particular and the manager said that the staff on level 3 were even hotter. Perhaps you can arrange some fans for them when summer temperatures hit 25° and above. The bar and observation level 2 were too hot for the public, but level 1 was bearable for me. Not a real complaint as such, but maybe better ventilation and either air conditioning or fans would be welcome (especially for the staff), since the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 require employers to maintain a "reasonable" temperature in the workplace. During heatwaves, employers need to take extra precautions to protect workers from the effects of high temperatures. Thank you.

We had a great experience at Team Sport Crawley. We took a few students on a reward trip and all of the staff that looked after us were amazing!! Archie and (I think the other gentleman that served us was called James or Luke( were really warm, friendly and helpful. They were all very knowledgeable too and made the whole experience a huge positive and a great day out. The food and drinks were good too!!! Great vibes. Thank you 😊
