One of the best hidden gems in the world of refurbished electronics. Initially I bought an Ideapad from BB. Not happy with quality and specs I returned it and ordered a Thinkpad from Qnovum. Pristine condition, twice the power and way less than BB. Could not be happier. Thanks Chris!

Worst service ever. I bought a laptop that was suppose to be delivered in 2 business days. The day of the delivery I see no updates so I reach out to the customer service by email. They tell me that my product is not getting shipped and that they have another laptop which is 55$ cheaper than the one I bought that they can send me but without any refund on the price. They wanted to send me a cheaper laptop without paying me back the difference with the expensive one that I bought. And they will not talk to me on the phone it’s juste by e-mail. It’s unprofessional do not purchase from this company they will rob you’re money and trying to deliver to you a product that cost less than what you paid. Plus they didn’t even reach out to me to let me know that there was a problem with my device until I reach to them

I have been buying used laptops for my high school and college niece and nephews (they are in the Philippines) for the past 5 years. And all three laptops are still useful and working properly for them. And these few months ago, I got 3 laptops, one Mac Pro 13 and two HP. One for me, another one for my husband and another one for a nephew again. I have a lot of them. I am always satisfied with the quality of the laptops, just a few minor dents, very clean and neat still, comes with Microsoft office package and it really lasts a long time. What I appreciate most is the customer service. They are really very helpful for whatever question or anything you need. In my case, I am not familiar using a Mac Pro. I really cannot figure out even how to sign in or use an app at all. So, I phoned them and this gentleman who answered my call help me beyond my expectation. He was there the whole time helping me how to figure out this "new gadget of mine". Sooo happy exploring my new laptop now. I will continue to support buying from "Qnovum Canada" Thank you so much!!!
