Seems they want to get the most fees they can doing long methods rather than leaning newer procedures even with the Royal Bank Administration assistance and my personal form request. The reason given to me by Mike for one of these was I was late with the information required, email proved that I was asked for this information late and I had supplied the requested info that same day in person! Poor customer service and poor results equals bad review, stay away or take some time to do it yourself…
