Recently i applied an a job which i was found in linkedin and i created profile which was suggested by qualitestgroup. i sent my resume with i have enough qualifications infact more than have qualifications. but the some robot sends the message below "After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to proceed with another candidate for this particular role. While this news may be disappointing, please know that your qualifications and experience are highly valued by our team." I have a question here without candidate interaction only by the resume info how they treating candidate.. you need to mention the exact qualifications and restrict that. simply allowing to submit the resumes from the candidate and got the informations and will share to other sources who knows. i am lucky not going to join this kind of company..

I have attended the interview 1st round and second round but I didn't get the feedback from them and moreover HR is not picking up the call from my side. It's not at all proper hiring process.

Very very pathetic front office desk, From security desk zero etiquette one will get. They say that is the instruction they have from the company. Lack of Mannerism from security desk. You can't approach them for any business proposal. The Security will decide whether a company requires certain business relationships or not.
