Harlan Johnson maintains & services our commercial HVAC units. Very impressed with how this company handled a recent service situation. When a follow-up issue came up, the service manager took the time to review it and resolved everything quickly and fairly. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind their work.

This review is not really about NTX but about the person they sent out from a different company. His name was Miguel and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, didn't rush thru his evaluation of our problems even though it was very late in the afternoon/evening! He works for Harlin Johnson Plumbing and I would definitely use him again fingers crossed we don't need one anytime soon!

Best service I’ve received for any type of home repair in years. Jennifer at dispatch was so caring and efficient. Our technician, Jesus, was top notch an went above and beyond to help. He was also patient with our toddler and dog. I highly recommend.
