Quality Inn Sunshine Suites

This Hotel is truly exceptional! I had to enquire if it was a "family owned" Holiday Inn, as I have stayed in countless hotels across the country and never witnessed staff work together so smoothly, and with a genuine love for one another and the operations of the hotel. The hotel is spotless, the house keeping is friendly and thorough. I have an extended stay here and am currently halfway through my stay and have had house keeping regularly check in for any cleaning or restocking. I travel with my family of 5 and we are all vegans. I've stayed in maybe 20 different Holiday Inns and they run a "brand standard breakfast" which usually leaves us with nothing to eat. This location however provides a beautiful spread for all diets and we have been able to enjoy a rainbow of fresh fruit every morning. The breakfast is always accompanied by a smile from Steven (the young man that runs breakfast) and a kind genuine query of how we are doing. This is the only hotel I will stay in for future trips, and I give it the highest possible recommendation, being in the top 10% of accomodation reviewers I've never given a hotel such a high review. This place and the people who run it deserve all the stars!!! Thank you again to Steven and the rest of the staff for sharing your smiles and making our stay amazing!!

We arrived. The service was 5 out of 5 hotel was clean until we got to our room. There was an eyelash there was hair in the shower. It was just a little dirty. It wasn’t a big deal. Staff is great. Hotel was up-to-date. beds were very soft , the price it was pretty out of this world and we got the medical rate that was $10 off. I don’t know doesn’t make sense …. Also the company should be looking into the ladies of night that come through the back door … dosent look good for a business … price 200$ a night , i will find a diff hotel the next time im in terrace

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at, the staff is there 24/7 and are very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and service was great. They have one of the best breakfast options I have seen in a hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
