Whether you're booking directly or using a broker like FreightQuote avoid Quality Logistics, Inc. Confirmed they would arrive today by 1pm. By 2pm we called to check on what's going on and we are told the driver will not be coming. This was for a full trailer load of merchandise. The best part is they weren't going to say anything, just not show up. A business can not rely on a company that is run this way. Unfortunate, communication is probably the easiest part of trucking.
