Husband of previous reviewer Kristina in response to Quality Paving (Owner) and his rebuttal: My wife doesn't need to "talk to me" about her review because I was sitting next to her in the car while she wrote it. Yes, you have been texting me about the damage to our garage... for nearly seven weeks during which time you have been constantly ducking all efforts to actually come out and see it. Texting me saying "I can probably make it out tomorrow" then never showing up or reaching out to say you can't make it is insulting and wastes my time. Yet, it's happened on multiple occasions. The dip that's collecting water is something we've just noticed after the recent heavy rains. I was going to discuss that with you when you came out to see the garage damage but that's something you clearly had no intention of doing. On top of all that, she didn't even mention how your crew wrecked an entire side of our yard putting excess dirt in a completely different spot than they where were asked to. Dismissing her concerns and accusing her of just "having a bad day" is a really bad look and, quite frankly, a bit misogynist. All of this over avoiding responsibility for damage that's going to end up costing $600 to repair. I hope it was worth it.

This company came highly recommended. Unfortunately this is not our experience with them. We had them rip up and replace our driveway and add a new area on the side of our house. The issue started when they told us that we needed to get a stump grinding service for some old roots in the new area. We specifically pointed out this area when they were quoting us and they said that it would not be a problem. Turns out it was a problem that we needed to do it that night or else we would have to wait for a few weeks to get the driveway finished. But don’t worry, they have a buddy that can come out and do it. Just $800. When the driveway was finished, they told us that it would be $1000 extra because of something. What? They did not inform us of the extra cost before doing whatever they did. After they left, we discovered that they ran into our garage and dented the siding. We called the owner who said he would come around and see it. That has been over a month ago. They are now ghosting us. Not answering phone calls and texts. Saying they will come out and then not showing. Also, parts of the driveway are collecting water. We are so pissed, we should be getting better service for over $30k!! TLDR: Don’t use them, unless you don’t mind your house getting broken and a meh paving job. Don’t worry, they won’t call you back after the job is done.

I would highly recommend Quality Paving! Rich was great to work with, he stopped out to walk me through was they were going to do and went as far as to suggest a "ditch" for water runoff since I didn't really have a solution for that. He was very upfront with the pricing. Then José and his team came out and executed flawlessly in 4-5 hours. They cleaned up the area very well including our common road. Couldn't be happier!

Nothing but problems dealing with this company and the owner Richard. Did not back up his Warranty at all even after contract was signed. Less then a year and asphalt was cracked everywhere! Made several attempts getting ahold of Richard no luck just excuse after excuse why he cant come out week after week to evaluate the asphalt. Stay away!
