Emailed them on a weekend about a leak in my roof. They responded quickly and were out the following Monday for a free inspection and quote. I had specifically asked them not to do anything without asking or giving a quote first as I was at work.They looked in the attic, looked on the roof, and left saying they’d get in touch with a quote. A week later i still hadn’t heard anything, reached out, and they said they’d get me a quote the following week. Seems like a long time just for a quote, but sure. The following week I get a bill in the mail for $100 for “attempting to repair roof.” I reached out as to my knowledge, they didn’t attempt to repair anything and i had asked for a quote before anything was done. They told me they had tried to “caulk some holes” and had gotten the OK from my boyfriend who was home, which isn’t true. Whatever, i sent them a check, still waiting on a quote. Finally, over two weeks after they had come out, they email me saying they’re fully booked for the year and won’t have time to repair the leak. Wasted my time and scammed me out of $100. And I had another roofing company out today who saw no proof anyone tried to repair or caulk anything.

Great work in all areas. Doing the soffits and facia, and the upper door on my barn and new windows. Quality work on all accounts. Very punctual and crew very nice to be around. Nothing to clean up after.
