Naturally I did just as my late father taught me to do and I got a quote from various companies. Overall I either had no response from them, or they gave me quotes that were way out of my budget. Additionally they were often not very good with their customer service. When contacting Quality Tree Service they responded right away and sent someone to my house to review the work. They gave me a written itemized quote right on the spot. I called back a week later and scheduled my appointment. They showed up on time, did a walk through with me to confirm what work I needed done and then they immediately got to work. I’m so very happy with the crew and would highly recommend this company.

The trunk was twisted and split by the wind. It was in danger of falling on our house. Juan came out to give an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He was able to get his guys out to take it down the very next day on a Sunday. His guys were very professional, quick and took care to not drop anything on the roof. The Arizona Ash was surrounded by a deck, three neighboring houses, and cars, yet the crew managed the task with incredible precision, leaving no damage at all! I was initially very concerned about how they would handle it, but they exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the crew went above and beyond by assisting in building a firewood rack, cutting the tree into manageable pieces, and stacking the wood. I received a quote on Friday, and the crew arrived promptly on Monday morning, right on time. These guys are true professionals!
