Excellent! Quality TV did an excellent job installing and setting up my Starlink system. Nelson, my technician, professionally installed the panel on the side of my house, neatly installed the router (hiding wires), then helped me set up the 2.4 and 5.0 bands on the router. My free quote from Michael was helpful as we laid out where the panel would go. Very pleased with Quality TV and my Starlink / Star Link!

We recently had security cameras installed, and the experience was great. The technicians were courteous, professional, and clearly knew their craft. The cameras are not made in China (unlike just about everything you find on amazon). We got the mid-level & the picture quality is crystal clear during the day and sharp at night - it’s dark where we are and it looks like there’s a spotlight everywhere. Everything was explained thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality security solutions!

After receving a call from Dish about signing up with their new Boost cell service we thought we would give it a try. A tech from Dish came to our home and set up the service for us. After about 2 weeks, my wife's phone stopped working and was unable to receive calls or texts. I contacted Quality TV since they are Boost dealers to see if they could help. Michael asked me to come down to the office with the phones so he could take a look. After a quick trip to the office, Michael found that her sim card was defective and was able to provide us with a new one to get her back up and running. We were given personal, 5-star customer service and we did not even get this service from them! While we were in the office, we asked them about an issue we were encountering with our TV. We have been considering a new TV for some time now, and the team at Quality TV was able to guide us through the different TV options that are out there all with no pressure to buy anything. We purchased a new LG OLED TV and Sonos sound system and had their techs install it. We LOVE our new system. We have been a customer of Quality TV for many years, and this experience reaffirmed why we went with them in the first place.
