Cody was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very prompt in communication the entire time we were working on purchasing this truck. We live almost 5 hours away and he happily got us videos of the truck and answered any questions we had. When we finally got time to come get the truck he had it waiting up front, freshly detailed. He was very positive and helpful during the test drive and had our paperwork ready. From the time we arrived to the time we left was maybe about an hour, and the majority of that was waiting for the finance manager. 10/10 would shop with Cody again!

Tried to come and view some cars that we saw online (3 cars total). Can’t remember the associate that helped me but they had a very bitter attitude. First, we asked to test drive a car to which they complained about their job the whole ride. Second, after looking at the first car we asked to look at another vehicle and then the associate discouraged us from looking at other vehicles since “we already liked this one”. Third, the pricing was an absolute scam. This car had been in a prior wreck. Medium damage to the front right side according to the inspection report by the dealership as well as the carfax. You would think they would discount the car but instead they decided to up the price. But they weren’t offering it as if it had no wreck. They were asking for 1K MORE than a car with no damage and FAR more than the local market value. I thought perhaps I was paired with a bad associate who hates his job but then I asked for his manager for negotiations to which the manager declined to move the car into a reasonable range, gave a lousy excuse of the cars price (simply “that’s the pricing Ferguson superstore has on the car”), and was offering way less than any dealership was offering for our trade in. Would not recommend this place unless you’re interest in having your money stolen. Will never be going here again.
