The staff was amazing! Came in to shop and had my autistic cousin with us. The manager was so kind and said him and the staff would keep an eye out for him while we took a minute for ourselves to look around. Cashier took price tag off his hat to allow him to wear it out! They were so nice! I won’t go to another Rally House, I will only go see them in Lubbock! Thank you guys for such a great experience!

Cool store with tons of stuff! Was out of some sizes in the Texas Ranger dept but it is halfway thru the season, so I expected that. Staff was friendly and helpful... Will definitely go back!
