I had such a great experience with Isabel, my dental hygienist! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made the whole visit so comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients—not just about cleaning your teeth, but also about making sure you feel relaxed and informed. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and was so friendly throughout the whole appointment. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I actually left looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Isabel if you want top-tier care and a genuinely kind professional!

Not a great experience. I had been going to Healthy Smile for 10 years and the person booking my appointment confirmed my history as a patient and stated that they are at the same location. However, it seems this was false which resulted in me being late to my appointment as the clinics are 10 minutes apart. My appointment was for 11:00 a.m and I was told to wait outside until the room was ready. When I went to go in at 11:07 upon confirmation, I realized I was in the wrong location. I arrived at 11:19 due to the mix-up, only to be told I was too late and would need to rebook for another day. While I acknowledge I could have double-checked the address myself, I didn’t think it was necessary after the receptionist assured me it was the same location. When I arrived, the receptionist did try to help, but it seemed there wasn’t much she could do at that point. Still, it was a waste of my time and day, and I would have appreciated clearer communication beforehand.

Everyone here is fantastic!! Alana makes booking a breeze! I have 4 kids to bring in and she works with me every single time to make it as simple and seamless as possible. The dentist is super nice and caring. I have two children that are afraid of the dentist and since coming here, I no longer have to pull teeth to get them in the chair! All hygienists I have met so far are so nice and gentle. They don’t make the kids feel inferior while educating them on the importance of dental hygiene! All in all, I would rate this place a 20 out of 10! You all are simply the best!
