I’m extremely disappointed with Stallion Express. I was suddenly charged $1000 for a missing Country of Origin marking — no warning, no communication, nothing. To make things worse, they automatically charged my credit card on file without my permission, claiming it’s in their policy. I went through their terms, and it’s not clearly stated anywhere that they can just take $1000 from a customer like that. This is unfair, frustrating, and unethical. As a small business owner, I expected transparency and support — not surprise penalties and forced charges. Be cautious using Stallion Express — read every line of their fine print, because they won’t hesitate to penalize you heavily for small oversights.

I’ve been using Stallion Express for over a year now and I’ve never had any issues with any of my shipments. Their dashboard is super easy to use, their pricing is great, and their claim process is transparent and hassle-free in the rare case a shipment gets lost. I was especially happy with their FBA services for sending inventory from Canada to the US (before the recent border rule and tariff changes). Even now, with those changes, their customer service remains top-notch—always responsive, helpful, and professional.
