Wonderful and clean office! It’s a great central location and walking distance for my family. My husband, my two kids and I have been patients here for a few years and would recommend it to anybody :) We love Lina for our cleanings and I also just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr.Patel and am very happy with my results!
This dental office is great! Follows the current ODA fee guidelines for dental appointments. The staff here are super friendly, caring, and take a genuine interest in their patients so that they receive the best care possible. I would recommend anyone to come and visit this office.
Dollars and cents all the way with little regard for patient care. Horrible experience! THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED WITH DR. TOM REAVELL. READ… I am someone who has had two cavities in my entire life. Suddenly I needed a crown. Dr. Ravi Patel sent inadequate info to my insurance company. It took nearly 3 months to be approved for insurance. I made 19 phone calls to my insurer and his staff member, Victoria, who consistently stated “we sent them everything “. This was not the case. The original photos needed weren’t sent until 7 weeks later, 19 phone calls later, 3 in person visits and MANY MANY email requests. Ridiculous. Next, the crown was put in and I told Patel shortly there after that “something definitely doesn’t feel right”. This went on for a couple months at no urgency on his end since he already had the money. I found a MUCH better dentist who showed me I had an infection, the nerve was dying in the tooth that the crown was put on. I now need a root canal, I’m on antibiotics and need to see an endodontist. Nothing was done with my care in mind. It was only done with his bank account in mind! Patel and Queens Family Dentistry act like dental telemarketers now and I am bombarded with phone calls, texts and emails every week scrambling for business. I have clearly left Dr. Patel, my adult children left and my elderly parents as well. If it wasn’t for my new dentist, I’d probably be losing this tooth entirely. And again, I am someone with excellent teeth. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND DONT LOOK BACK! This would never have happened under Dr. Tom Reavell’s watch. DONT GO HERE. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IT ENDS THERE.
