I started working with Avery in May and closed on a place by July. She was flexible, patient, thorough, and answered all my questions no matter what time of day it was. Avery provided really sound guidance and was transparent about potential issues that I wouldn’t necessarily have has awareness of. She was good about getting things done timely and was so on top of making sure others in the home buying process weren’t holding things up (i.e., seller, title company, etc.). She listened very carefully when I initially talked through what I wanted vs nice to haves, and wasn’t pushy in any way for me to make a decision when I was unsure. I definitely plan on working with Avery in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
