Quick Cool Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd.

I recently used Quick Cool Services for my AC installation and I have to say if you are looking for a professional that does a clean cooling / heating job service ,don’t look else where! Andrey and his team did an amazing job in a short time and I’m very happy with the results . I like people to be transparent with me and Andrey was very clear and direct with his advice and did provide options .

Andray is definitely a contractor I will never work with anymore. Bad attitude. Called to fix the heat pump. The diagnose cost $440, somehow I got charged $473. I asked why there is a difference. He said I never asked for the rate so I have to accept whatever price. Frankly, I don’t have any problem with paying the prices (both the diagnose fee and repair fee) but just curious why there is a difference between the invoice and the actual payment. He didn’t answer my question. I also noticed he left home at 7 am and arrived my place at 8. Finish the work at 12:30 with 40 min break/writing invoice. He charged me 5 hours of rate. So it looks like I need to pay for his trip to my home(The 1 hour traffic on the way). Lastly, he said he made a favour to squeeze me in his packed schedule. The fact is, when I called for the appointment, I was told that is the only spot available for him, so I have to reschedule my appointment to fit him in. This guy is horrible, avoid him. There are lots of great contractors out there.

I honestly can't say enough about how incredibly amazing this company is. I did some landscaping in my backyard and we needed to move our air conditioner on short notice. Andrey and his team were able to come right away and help us out with this project. They were very professional, skilled, and really honest about what we needed to do. Also, the price was very reasonable! Andrey is a true professional and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work!
