Don’t take your devices here. Awful service. I had to argue to get my device back. I paid in full at drop off to fix my iPad with my child. Was told it would be ready next day and I would get a call to come get it. I never got a call. When I came in to get it and ask if it was done, the man behind desk barely spoke English and asked me to pay more money. I asked him why I would need to pay more when I already paid in full the day prior. He had no explanation. I asked him to call a manager and he refused. I again asked him to call someone who could give me an explanation, the owner of the store or manager and again refused. Finally after I refused to give him more money, he called someone and that person said to take that extra money off that it wasn’t due. Never apologized. Then after all that, he informed me I had to drive to a different location to get my device. This business is a joke. Terrible customer service. I drove to second location, got my device which by the way my name was imprinted on the device with my phone number so they couldn’t say it wasn’t mine. I then asked for a manger to talk to to explain how rude the First Gentleman was in not wanting to help me. They wouldn’t give me an owner’s number or managers number. So here I am having to post a bad review when I tried to do it the right way which was to speak directly to a manager. But they seem to not care so here we go. I would pay $100 extra to not have to deal with this type of service. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Rose was Great! I loved her , She was really chillaxed & hooked me up with a good price on a repair & did it in under 15 Minutes! Hell yeah
