I had an urgent issue this morning when my phone completely froze and locked me out of everything I needed for work. I stopped by Quick Phone Repair on Fruitville, and Alain was quick to assist me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, immediately diagnosed the problem, and had my phone fully reset and working within minutes. What impressed me even more was his professionalism—he didn’t charge me anything for the service, despite the time and expertise he provided. Alain turned what could’ve been a stressful, wasted morning into a smooth and easy fix. Highly recommend Quick Phone Repair, and especially Alain, if you’re ever in need of fast, honest, and reliable service. Five stars all the way.

I had a great experience at Quick Phone Repair Sarasota this afternoon. I called in advance and spoke to Stephen and told him I had an old iPhone 11 Pro Max I wanted to sell. He gave me a range of what it might be worth but said he would need to evaluate it in person. Obviously that’s totally fair. I went in later (they’re open until 7:00 pm on Saturday!), and Stephen could not have been nicer. He was super polite and respectful. He gave a totally honest appraisal of the phone and wound up offering me the highest amount he had originally quoted. I was happy to accept the offer and left feeling as if I had been treated fairly and with a good amount of extra cash in my pocket. I highly recommend Quick Phone Repair Sarasota if you have something to sell. I will also seriously consider bringing any of my Apple products here should they need to be repaired. I had considered using an online company where they give you a quote for your phone, you mail your phone to them, and then it’s simply blind faith whether or not they stick to that quote, claim your item is in much worse shape than it is, or even charge you an exorbitant amount to return your “damaged” item to you. They don’t all do this of course, (however, see reviews for some of these businesses on the Better Business Bureau website), selling my iPhone in person to a local business seemed much safer. I am glad that that’s the way I chose to go.

I was having problems with my wife’s Windows laptop and IPad. Steven at Quick Phone Repair was able to update both devices and upgrade the hard drive in the laptop. Both are now working well and we are extremely HAPPY! Good service, honest people and no unnecessary upsell. I will continue to use Quick Phone Repair for my future tech repairs.

Steven is great! At first, I was annoyed that my phone wasn’t working right, but I’m so happy that I came in here. This will be my go to spot if I need anything. Steven is professional, smart, honest, and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who can actually do their job and do it well. Thank you, Steven! You’re great!
