** THE NEW STORE IS OPEN 11/2023** I travel across five counties (Fayette to Lawrence) at least twice a month and Quik Mart in Savannah is the only place I will get gas for the following reasons. 1. In the past, I have stopped at places where I just didn't feel comfortable, but I've always felt safe stopping here. That is the most important reason I stop here. 2. Quik Mart in Savannah always has competitive fuel prices, if not the best price of all the places I pass. 3. It's an easy location to get in and out of quickly. 4. Quik Mart Savannah normally has very clean restrooms and that is a HUGE plus. 5. They have a great selection of snacks, drinks, sandwiches, etc. 6. There is a good selection of items one might need in an urgent or emergency situation, including automotive items. 7. It's right around the halfway mark of my trip, so it's a great place to get gas, stretch, get a thirst-quencher, and freshen up. 8. The employees are usually very efficient and friendly, even helpful, if needed.
The store prices are kind of expensive and their deli food is just okay. But because they are Shell station you can always get at least $0.05 off per gallon when you join their rewards program. Another positive thing is that I've never had any problems with their gas, as far as, having water in it.
Never had anything but good experiences here.
