Contacted Quinn Energy for a quote on min split heat pumps and they got back to me immediately (which has been a unique experience for me with HVAC). Came out and completed the quote, offered financing options, etc. A great experience. Then installation day came. Let me say, the installers were fast, efficient, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all my questions. The whole process felt “above and beyond” especially compared to other services we have used recently. Feels like many places have forgotten what customer care is, these guys remember. The units we got are good down to -30C, wifi capable and I had them integrated into our smart systems within 5 minutes - again thanks to the info from the installation team. Great warranty, great service. The heating from these things is great - even heat ( no heating and cooling cycles like we had with oil). Very happy and highly recommend!

They were friendly, courteous and very professional. Provided full details of what to expect. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs this type of insulation.
