Just had my apartment kitchen completely renovated by Zani Construction – what a tremendous experience! I came in knowing nothing about doing this kind of work, and Landi was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining and discussing everything along the way, and the whole team is so friendly and gracious. There was no pressure - I never felt pushed to do anything additional I did not need. All the work was executed promptly, right on expected timelines, exactly as I wanted and to the highest degree of workmanship. The team made sure to ask me any questions as they went along, making sure everything would be just as I planned. In a small space this could be very messy, but they took great care in the apartment, and were incredibly neat, continually cleaning up as they went along and at the end of each day. Although there was a delay with a supplier of mine which had nothing to do with the Zani team, Landi worked through it all with me with the greatest sensitivity. Having consulted with several other contractors prior to engaging Landi, I feel the price was very reasonable. I am so excited with the kitchen and would absolutely never hesitate to call for any other work: I recommend them completely (and already have to my own friends!)!

Zani Construction is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their commitment to quality and customer support was impressive throughout the entire process from inception until all the little details at the end. Every concern or question I had was addressed and responded to promptly and professionally. I can be very demanding but it was never a problem for Landi and his team. The attention to detail and skill are evident in their work. What’s more, the pride they take in doing a job with excellence is admirable and not easy to find these days. So thankful I found them and can’t recommend enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Landi at Zani Construction. He renovated an apartment including the Kitchen and Bath. He came when he said he would, pricing was fair and he was transparent when issues needed to be addressed for additional work. His team was great and in the end he wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Work was done late 2024 - sorry it took me some time to make this post. Would definitely work with him again.

Zani construction came to us as a recommendation. We were very happy with the work (pics show before and after). Landi and his crew remodeled both our bathrooms, turning one of them from a half to a full. They upgraded our power, installed a washer/dryer, painted, spackled, installed new doors. When he was done it looked like our place was brand new. Landi is a perfectionist and he wants everything to be perfect, which is what you want from a contractor. He’s fun and easy to work with as well. He really went above and beyond with what we asked. We have already booked him back to replace our radiators, which he did in our master bedroom, I forgot to mention that. This guy does everything. We are also going to have him do our kitchen soon. He’s the best and I really wouldn’t work with anyone else. I highly recommend him! Book him, you won’t be sorry.
