R3 recently replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts, and wrap-around for our garage after the May 2025 hailstorm. I especially want to give major kudos to Garrett Tuttle — he truly went above and beyond from start to finish! When my insurance adjuster first came out, they only approved 25% of my roof. Garrett took the time to meet with the adjuster during the re-inspection, patiently walked through every area of damage, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Because of his thoroughness and persistence, my full Onyx roof, wrap-around, gutters, and downspouts were finally approved — something that would not have happened without him. Garrett didn’t just handle the technical side — he also made the process easy for me to understand. He sat down with me, explained every step in detail, answered every single question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. Anytime I called or texted, he responded immediately. His professionalism, respect, and communication skills are truly unmatched. A big thank you as well to Drew, who helped coordinate the gutters, downspouts, and garage wrap-around. He was also wonderful to work with — so organized, friendly, and courteous. The R3 crew worked incredibly hard and had the new roof finished in under half a day! They were polite, easy to talk with and their craftsmanship was flawless. They cleaned up so well afterward that we didn’t find a single nail or bit of debris. We had R3 come put a roof on our house and 2 garages. They showed up here around 6:45 am and had it all done by around 5:45-6:00 pm. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. We also had them put gutter guards on the house as well. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them.
