Rachel's car service is the best! Jerry drove my daughter and I round trip to Boston for a concert. Jerry was a great driver and very friendly and accommodating. Recently booked Rachel's Big City Transportation to get us to our destination. Rachel was awesome and accommodating when we booked her services. We were very impressed. It was fantastic! Professional, friendly and reliable drivers. Jerry was early to pick us up and he was very pleasant and friendly. He made our drive to the hotel go by fast with his friendiness and chats. We used Rachel's to go to Boston to the cruise terminal to leave for our cruise. Jerry was promptly here for our 9:00 am pick up. The ride was very comfortable and stress free with Jerry driving skills. He is very pleasant and we chatted all the way to the destination,...Return trip from Boston was the same as Jerry was our driver again and even with disembarkment was a half hour earlier we had no wait . I highly recommend using this service, Everything was handled very professionally from booking the trip with speaking to Rachel to pickup and drop off with driver Jerry.

Rachel’s Big City Transportation rates at the highest level in every category. Starting with the pickup, which is always on time, 100%. The vans or cars are always new, luxurious, and extremely clean. But the best part of the experience are the people. We’ve been driven by Rachel as well as others on her team. We were just driven to Logan by Jerry, who is the greatest guy. Jerry is smart, nice and very hard working. Plus Jerry grew up in Rhode Island, so he knows Rhode Island and Massachusetts like the back of his hand. Rachel, Jerry and team: highly highly recommend. Five stars.
