I cannot sing Rachel’s praises enough. My first home buying journey has taught me that the most important person in this process is your agent. If you don’t have an agent in your corner whose goal aligns with yours and your best interest, it will make for an extremely stressful journey. That was definitely NOT the case with Rachel. After two agents that taught me there is such a thing as a BAD agent, Rachel was my third time’s the charm. She was supportive, genuine, honest, diligent, and relentless! Rachel treats the process as if she’s buying the ideal home for herself and not just another client. She welcomes you like family, putting you at ease by keeping you well informed EVERY step of the way. She gets to know your wishes and desires and tailors listings that she feels best matches your preferences and price range. She truly listens to you as the buyer and makes you feel seen and heard. I purchased a home in a different state from which I resided and viewing homes under those circumstances would have normally been challenging but not with Rachel. Rachel went to all the listings I liked and video called me to see the homes, expressing her honest opinion on whether she felt each home would suit me and my needs. She even sent videos after the fact for reference for each home. She really went above and beyond, even driving way out of her way to see a home I liked. When I got discouraged, Rachel carried us to the finish line keeping me focused and optimistic and in the end we prevailed. Rachel made it truly feel like a team effort, always giving 110% effort. And despite this being my first time, I unfortunately did have a baseline to compare her to, and gratefully she far exceeded that. At closing, Rachel was so thoughtful and gifted things she thought I would like to truly make the house a home. You will NOT be disappointed working with Rachel and honestly I’m not sure you’d find a better person for the job once you have her.
