Everything was handled professionally. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Update: My PC needed a new power supply so I took one to them and they installed it for me. Everything is working fine. However the cable management could have been a little better. On of the cable sagged into my fan and prevented it from spinning.

Kevin and Emmanuel are great! They helped me out for sure when the place I bought my phone from misrepresented there items as apple genuine parts! Ps be careful with company advertising apple genuine but this place is amazing!

If you are ever looking for a repair job on this is definitely the most courteous and helpful place to get the repair done right the first time. Brought my elderly mom’s phone in for a protective screen replacement and they were able to fix (and advise of an unexpected swelling battery) which was in need of replacing. So happy with the technicians at this particular ubreakifix location.
