Raddiant Plus Hospital Nashik Road

Avoid this hospital if you can. Here is my experience, my mother was recently admitted to Raddiant Hospital, Nashik, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the major concerns we faced during her stay: 1. Unskilled Hospital Staff: The hospital staff, including nurses (referred to as sisters) and attendants (brothers), lacked basic skills and knowledge of standard hospital practices. Tasks that should have been routinely handled by them were either delayed or left undone. 2. Negligence in Patient Care: Even in the ICU, where patients require constant and attentive care, the responsibility of basic tasks like providing water to the patient fell entirely on the relatives. Such disregard for patient care is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. 3. Rude Behavior: Across all levels—from doctors to security guards—the attitude was unprofessional and rude. There was no empathy or courtesy extended to the patient or the family members. 4. Bouncer to Handle Issues: Shockingly, the hospital employs a bouncer to address concerns and manage conflicts, which is a clear reflection of their dismissive approach to patient feedback and grievances. 5. High Charges for Insured Patients: For those with medical insurance, the costs are exorbitantly high. This seems to be a deliberate attempt to inflate bills under the assumption that the insurance will cover it, leaving families burdened and helpless. 6. Casual Approach in ICU: Despite my mother being in a serious condition, the ICU staff displayed a very casual attitude. The lack of urgency and professionalism in such a critical area is deeply concerning and indicative of systemic negligence. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially for critical care cases, as their practices and approach can put a patient’s life at risk.

My wife was hospitlised for having fever. we come across poor management experience from the doctor. When I told my concerns they did not seem interested in listening to my concerns and brushed off my symptoms without proper examination. Dr and there staff is not well suited for having the hospital. Toilets are like public toilet those who are willing admit please check and have advice from your family Dr. They dont know how to raise request for getting approval from insurance company.

This hospital is very bad. They don't provide proper treatment, and the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable. The costs are too high, and they don't give good advice. I would suggest avoiding this hospital
