Beautiful studio! Lots of classes available through the day, the week, both in-person and online. They have boutique shop inside selling a variety of yoga-related things: books, stones, clothings. There a tea and cookie station and a huge communal table in the middle to hang out before or after class. Teachers are really good and several seem passionate about teaching. The sun room is BRIGHT and beautiful. Although they have blue dots on the floor for your mat, there's plenty of room for you to spread out

Kate's Tuesday morning Kundalini yoga class at Radiance Yoga in Alexandria, VA is life changing. It is an hour filled with joy, compassion, and warmth, and community that really makes me feel more grounded, stronger, wiser, and more at peace through my week.
