Visiting Greenwoods Dental on Portage Avenue left me with only positive impressions. The clinic staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The doctors explain each stage of the treatment, which allows you to feel calm and confident in the result. The clinic is very clean, equipped with modern equipment, and the atmosphere itself is warm and friendly. I especially want to note that people from Ukraine work here - they are always ready to help patients with translation and make the visit as comfortable as possible. This is a great support for newly arrived Ukrainians in Winnipeg. I am grateful to the Greenwoods Dental team and recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental treatment! 🌟

I chose to inquire about my dental issue first with Greenwoods Dental Portage because of their convenient location and availability for walk-ins. Sure enough they accommodated me on short notice (the same day I called them up) and my check-up went as comfortably and seamlessly as I'd hoped. They are a busy clinic but I did not feel like I was being rushed or made to wait too long. I thank Dr. Jay and the staff of Greenwoods for their amazing work.

I had a great experience with the dentist at Greenwood Dental Clinic—very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. However, my experience with the front desk receptionist when checking out, was disappointing. She was quite rude and dismissive, which made the check-out process unpleasant. Customer service at the front desk is just as important as the care provided by the dentist, and I hope the clinic addresses this issue. Otherwise, the dental care itself was excellent.
