Radicool came and swapped out 2 old boilers for one single (really quiet) one thats warming everything nicely. Also replaced Google Nests to Hive and set everything up with 2 zones too, so we can heat upstairs and downstairs independently from one boiler. Moved pipes around to create a tidy finish so when we revamp the utility we can build a cupboard around it all with no stray pipes or boxing in needed. Really pleased, both engineers were a real credit to the company.

Just had all my central heating radiators and two toilets replaced by Radicool. I am very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of their work. The guy's were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Absolutely 5 star from start to finish. We wanted to replace an old boiler in the bedroom with a new one in the loft. As i had no knowledge of boilers or any recommendations, Macaulay supplied a list of boilers and their warranties, answered all of my questions in a professional and honest manner and was flexible with his visit (which was over 100 miles away!) when I had to change the days. The old boiler was removed and a new one installed (Atag), Macaulay and his dad stayed to ensure the boiler and hot water were working and the aftercare was second to none. He registered the boiler and we received all the paperwork through the post with no faffing about on our side. He also fitted 2 radiators and gave me the option of supply and fit or just supply. He upgraded our valves for some swanky new ones which we are super happy with. On top of of all of this, he fitted a new gas pipe in our kitchen and connected our range cooker which was a blessing during a house renovation. I trusted his honesty and frankness from the start and throughout, I would not recommend anyone else!
