Had a terrible experience here. We used 18Wheels as a freight broker for a long time, doing dozens of loads per year. We noticed that our freight started getting damaged every shipment. It started out very minor so we let it slide and ate the costs, but after a while it was getting a bit unbearable. I asked for a small claim on only a partial amount of $300 or so and they refused to cover it. Would not take any responsibility at all for any damages caused during transportation.

I have been working with these guys for 10 years now. There is a reason why I am still their customer. Caring staff and owners. They have grown and built a strong team that can manage every aspect of logistic needs and warehousing. Enthusiastic and passionate and always listening to their customers, willing to improve and expand.

The only reason I dislike this place is there location it is at. Smack dab in the middle of a residential tight streets, absolutely I nightmare to get to. They seriously need to sell the land and move to a real warehouse district. Once in the yard it's good and the staff are great, never sit and wait long for loading up. That's nice However it's all about location for 18 wheel friendly & accessable areas.
