When I brought it to their attention I was told to come back during the week and speak to the manager as they are the ones who can give a refund. Turned out that was incorrect. Terrible customer service.... buyer beware, you will end up paying for their mistake.

The girls in the paint department are excellent, they've trained well in the various paints and accessories and are always ready and willing to look after all your needs in the painting realm. 6 stars out of 5. Plumbing and electrical are equally helpful. Overall, this is a great hardware and accessories store with excellent staff that goes above and beyond to help.
