I bought “solid gold” earrings from this company online and within a few months they were tarnished and black. I emailed customer service who told me to take them back to the store for a refund but the store told me they wouldn’t. After all that back and forth the company has told me they’re just fine and it’s totally normal for solid gold pieces to turn black anytime. Absolutely craziness, save your money.

Bought a protection plan for my earrings and the sales representatives did not believe me that they were the same product. Sent the earrings off for repair and it is quoted to be $70 for a repair. I complained again that I had a protection plan and should not be paying for the repair and the sales representative told me they would look into it. Someone else called me a few days later to quote me the $70 repair again. What is the purpose of the protection plan if you aren't going to honor it? The icing on the cake was being told "if the price was too expensive, I could just buy a new pair". The earrings originally cost $400. What a money grab.

Terrible service! Quoted my husband 70 bucks to fix one earring that had an issue from the beginning with the latch- came back and charged him 125+hst. The earrings are 189 brand new for both. Never called him to confirm the new price- left a message 2 weeks ago for the manager and never received a call. Will never shop there again! Disappointing for the earrings were for our 1 year anniversary and was very excited for them.
