I cannot share enough how wonderful it was to work with Marcus and his team. My husband and I have each purchased homes in the past and neither experience was as smooth and stress free as this one. Besides our initial paperwork, we were only asked for more paperwork once which was amazing because tracking that stuff down is a large part of the headache! I have been in grad school this whole time, so I was nervous about the added stress of dealing with a lender while buying our home, but luckily we had Marcus and so I didn’t stress at all! Marcus was always available by phone or email, he was great about explaining things to us when we had questions as well. He was also able to suggest a few insurance agents to us to get the best deal on home and auto insurance. For the cherry on top, he surprised us on closing day by picking us up in a limo and making us feel like celebs! Not necessary, but a very fun touch. I would definitely recommend Marcus and his team to any family, friend, or stranger buying a home! Thanks Marcus, Erika, and Samantha!

I never like to leave a bad review. Especially when it comes to another veteran. But I guess third time was the charm. First closing date had been missed due to not knowing the importance of a document. No phone call or reaching out to others involved with this purchase. That's fine it had been dealt with. Or so I thought. Drove a hour just for a tech issue to get fixed too late. Yesterday we closed on our family home. Still no word. I was injured August 5th 2004... I am finally coming home. The only reason I am giving Marcus 3 stars and not one. Is because I know he will remember talking with me. Its not everyday you talk to someone who survived a grenade attack. And had to learn how to do everything all over again. God Speed.

Marcus left us hanging. He requested paperwork, then apparently lost it, so we had to send it again. He would notify us that all our paperwork was in, then not call for days. We had to reach out to him, only to have him tell us we needed the same paperwork that we sent him. He would text me saying he would call at 3 p.m. then not call. We set up another time to call, then he missed that appointment too. Very disappointed in his lack of service. He wasted about a month of our time!
