I love this place and try to get here as often as possible. The portions are insane and the food is always delicious. I recommend this to anyone looking for a hearty meal. There are some very unique dishes, too.

Best Peameal bacon slices I've ever had...they come thick and seasoned with the perfect amount of salt. The home fries deserve their title. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the marble rye toast was a nice slice of toast. I would pass on the bacon...not thick enough bacon. And, I would pass on the tea and the very average coffee at $2.75 each. I look forward to coming back to try the farmers sausages and more of that Canadian bacon! Quick and friendly service, and the restaurant feels like you walked into a time machine. 4.5 out of 5.

I came in hungry and unsure of what to get, so I asked my server Alex to surprise me and she picked the perfect dish. The Eggs Benedict was rich and delicious, and the home fries were on point. Shoutout to Louie in the kitchen that meal hit the spot. As someone with Type 1 Diabetes, I appreciated how satisfying and balanced it was. Great service, great food, great vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband, daughter and I came to eat here on my birthday. We were absolutely impressed with the food choices on the menu, the fair prices and the quality and portions of the food. I had the special, my husband had the combo breakfast and my daughter had French toast. We also ordered fries for our table to share because they are cut right there in the restaurant. Everything was so yummy! Also, the home fries were probably my favourite ever! On top of that, the service was amazing. We were checked on multiple times and my husband was offered more coffee twice. They made sure we enjoyed our meal and were so kind and welcoming. We will return for sure!!!
