Raindrops InfoTech Review: Disappointing Experience with Unfulfilled Promises My experience with Raindrops InfoTech has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I was charged a hefty $1,000 for a payment gateway integration that was never completed. Out of the promised work, only 20% was delivered, and instead of resolving issues, their work created even more bugs and complications. What made the situation worse was their lack of professionalism. Their BDE (Business Development Executive) was unresponsive and unhelpful, and their developers, who claimed to be experienced, clearly lacked the necessary skills. The entire 2-month ordeal was a nightmare, wasting my time, resources, and energy. Frankly, Fiverr gigs priced between $50-$100 would have been a far better investment. At least those developers deliver on their promises without overcharging or overcomplicating the process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Raindrops InfoTech to anyone looking for quality and professionalism. Their portfolio may seem promising, but my encounter reflects poorly on their ability to execute even basic tasks. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
