A fantastic dining experience with a unique jungle-themed atmosphere! The decor is amazing, with life-like animals, sounds of the rainforest that make it a fun experience for both kids and adults. The food was delicious with good variety of options. We had a great time. A must-visit if you’re in Yas Mall, especially if you’re looking for a fun and family-friendly restaurant!

1. The place is good to go with kids. Because of its ambience. The rainforest plants and automated animal models, big fish aquarium were well maintained and non dusty. 2. Food choice is limited (No vegetarian option at all) 3. Food quality is good but can’t give five star for the taste. (Mayonnaise was super sweet so as spicy Korean chicken, but pasta was good) 4. The service was fine. The only waiter was trying to manage all the tables with his capacity. 5. Found a bit pricey for the food we ordered but the amount was satisfactory and must not forget about the ambience and the strategic location in the mall. 6. The staffs are good to kids. 7. They have a tiny gift shop also 8. They don’t accept Fazaa during weekends (not mentioned anywhere)

Absolutely appalling experience at Rainforest Cafe! My recent visit to the Rainforest Cafe was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, the dining experience was shockingly poor, and the quality of the food was frankly disgusting. Firstly, the meat I ordered was dry, old, and terribly stale. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. Secondly, the bread basket we were served was equally offensive. The bread was stale, and had a distinctly unpleasant smell. It was clear that it had been frozen, reheated poorly, and then served to us. It was inedible. When we brought the abysmal state of the food to the attention of the staff, their response was insulting. Instead of offering a solution or apology, they brought out a plate of sliced white bread as a replacement for the stale bread basket! This demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of basic customer service and a total disregard for the low quality of their own food. The situation worsened when I requested to speak to the manager. I wanted to express my disbelief that they intended to charge us for such clearly stale meat and bread. I was informed that the manager was "unavailable" and that, before leaving, they had specifically instructed the staff that there was “nothing wrong” with the food and that we were to be charged for everything. This dismissive and arrogant attitude was the final straw. The level of service from the rude and unhelpful staff was absolutely disgusting. I am genuinely surprised that the appropriate health and safety authorities have not shut this establishment down. Serving such stale and potentially hazardous food is unacceptable and a serious public health concern. This experience needs to be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities immediately. It is absolutely shocking that Rainforest Cafe is still operating and serving food to paying customers in this condition. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice and avoid this place at all costs.
