Recently did cargo through Rajab abu dhabi branch murror road, initially with good words with full safety guaranteed promises made. I did 3 boxes to India. After I receive and open the boxes my wall frames, water thermos, kids toys etc were fully damaged as if someone crushes with super heavy load. I reported to them by email and whatapp. Almost one month waited for their response. Now they r saying we don't guarantee any damage and we can't do anything. If you had to do you should take insurance. Such a poor after service and never recommended any service to them to anyone. It's our valuable items and we trust and do cargo. What's the point if all damages items and we r in double loss of items and cargo payment. Don't fall in trap of their words and I would give less than 1 rating.

I received all boxes two weeks after leaving them with you. The boxes were wrapped to ensure care was given to the contents inside.
