I recently had the pleasure of booking a 3-day trip with Raleigh Durham Transportation Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He even recommended some great spots to check out in Charlotte, which was a nice touch. We never felt rushed, and the trip felt more like a relaxing, VIP experience than a regular ride. By the end of our 3-day journey, we were thoroughly impressed with Raleigh Durham Transportation Services and especially Nick. His commitment to making our trip pleasant, timely, and stress-free was evident every step of the way. I contacted Nick last minute, less than 2 hours before we needed an airport pick up during a snowstorm no less. Not only was he responsive & friendly, but was quick to make it work! Was super easy to communicate with & payment was a breeze. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Nick is absolutely amazing. He picked up by 92 year old mother-in-law from the airport and got her home safe and sound. He went above and beyond and she was thrilled with her ride and the customer service. Communication from the first message through pick up was superior. We highly recommend Nick for all of your airport transport needs!

Nick is a wonderful professional driver! We used him to get to the airport and back during our last trip! He was punctual, professional and is a very safe driver! He is also easy to communicate with as well! He even had to drive us back from RDU yesterday evening as the snow and ice moved into the area and was extremely professional and cautious driving. He never seemed in a rush despite the weather making the trip much longer. Clearly our safety was his priority. He even offered to stop at the store for us to get any food we needed since we had been out of town for a couple of weeks! We will definitely use him again!
